Then I attempted the nicotine gum. Chewing it carefully simply as the bundle told you. 2 chews, off to the side of the cheek for a minute, then 2 chews again. I had the same concern by having the gum, for the reason that the physical craving to carrying the cigarette in my hand was actually not quenched. Not to touch on I often ended up chewing the gum like you would normal gum, the e cigarette was definatley better.
